SolarPVsoft is a web application developed by the Nanostructured Solar Cells Group at 'Universidad Pablo de Olavide' in Seville - Spain
This website contains three functionalities for solar cells:
- First functionality calculates the quantum efficiency and/or the integrated current density for a range of wavelengths
- Second functionality simulates the IV Curve using the Diode Equation
- Third functionality simulates the IV Curve and the time dependent current density using a drift-difussion model
